Clayton LeRoy is the vice president of global procurement and supply chain for Oshkosh Defense. Appointed in March 2025, he is responsible for strategic sourcing, logistics network, materials management, subcontracts and tactical purchasing.
LeRoy joined Oshkosh Defense in 2008 as an intern from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and has since held a range of leadership roles across supply chain and manufacturing operations. Prior to his current role, he served as the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain.
Over the course of his career, he has supported numerous product lines including MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV), and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV).
LeRoy holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain & operations management from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
