Matthew Schreiner

Vice President - Global Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, Transport Segment

Matt Schreiner serves as the vice president of global engineering, operations, and supply chain for the Oshkosh Corporation Transport segment, a position he assumed in October 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leading operations across Oshkosh’s Defense and Delivery businesses, global engineering, and supply chain strategy and execution.

Prior to rejoining Oshkosh, Schreiner served as the chief marketing officer at Enterprise Enthusiasts, Inc., where he was responsible for marketing, sales, existing customer retention, and new customer acquisition.

Schreiner originally joined Oshkosh Corporation in 2005 as a design engineer. Over his career, Schreiner has supported several product lines and held several leadership roles, including JLTV product launch manager (2015), senior chief engineer of advanced operations (2018), director of programs, Oshkosh Snow Products (2020), director of programs, JLTV (2021), and vice president and general manager of delivery vehicles (2023).

Schreiner holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a master’s degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
