Nathan Crook is vice president of operations for Oshkosh Defense. Appointed in March 2025, he is responsible for safety, manufacturing, maintenance, and operational engineering at the company’s Oshkosh, Wisconsin, facilities.
Crook joined Oshkosh Defense in 2005 as an intern and has since held a range of leadership roles across manufacturing operations. Prior to his current role, he served as associate vice president of manufacturing operations.
Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the launch and sustainment of several critical programs, including the MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV), and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV).
A Wisconsin native, Crook holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He and his wife live in the Oshkosh area with their three children.
