Steve Nordlund

Executive Vice President - Oshkosh Corporation & President - Transport Segment

Steve Nordlund is Oshkosh Corporation’s executive vice president and president, Transport, a position he has held since July 2025. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the Transport segment, which includes Oshkosh Defense and Delivery business anchored by the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) program for the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Previously, Mr. Nordlund held multiple senior executive roles at Boeing, including his most recent role as vice president and general manager of the Air Dominance Division, Phantom Works, Boeing NeXt and HorizonX Ventures. In this role, he led business divisions, cutting-edge R&D initiatives focused on developing advanced military technologies and next-generation airspace solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a founding member of Insitu, a pioneer in unmanned aerial systems, which was later acquired by Boeing. He also held leadership positions at IBM Corporation.

Mr. Nordlund serves on the boards of trustees for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Whitfield School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
