WASHINGTON, D.C. — Oshkosh Defense LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation [NYSE: OSK] business, is exhibiting at Modern Day Marine from April 29 – May 1, 2025. Oshkosh will showcase a portfolio of advanced capabilities that align with the U.S. Marine Corps’ vision for Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO), with a focus on expeditionary power generation and next generation autonomous technology.
Oshkosh is highlighting two future-focused platforms: the Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) and the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) 4×4 Technology Demonstrator, both on display at Booth #2307.
Designed to meet the demands of distributed maritime operations, ROGUE-Fires is an unmanned, payload-agnostic carrier that is purpose-built to support the USMC’s mission to seize and defend key maritime terrain. On display for the first time, ROGUE-Fires is configured with a flat rack for a combat service support mission—shifting from previously showcased lethality payloads like NMESIS and MFOM—to highlight its logistics capability and flexibility in contested environments. This configuration enables unmanned resupply, long-range fires support, and sustained operations across the littorals.
Also featured is the MTVR 4×4 Technology Demonstrator, equipped with Oshkosh’s high-voltage exportable power architecture. With the ability to deliver 30kW of exportable power and retrofittable upgrades to existing MTVR fleets, this demonstrator presents a practical, cost-effective path toward operational energy. Its electrification enhancements are purpose-built to reduce reliance on towed generators, extend capability at the tactical edge, and support expeditionary and off-grid operations—all while preserving the MTVR’s renowned all-terrain mobility.
“Oshkosh continues to deliver solutions that meet the operational realities of the Marine Corps—flexible, resilient, and built for the fight,” said Pat Williams, Chief Programs Officer, Oshkosh Defense. “With platforms like ROGUE-Fires and the MTVR 4×4 with export power, we’re demonstrating our commitment to priorities for EABO and enabling Marines to operate with greater reach, survivability, and lethality across dispersed environments.”
Through self-driving technology, advanced power, and mission-ready performance, Oshkosh Defense reinforces its role as a trusted partner to the Marine Corps in supporting evolving mission sets—from resupply to long-range precision fires.
Oshkosh Defense leadership will be available to discuss the company’s entire portfolio of vehicles, mobility systems, and next-generation technologies at Modern Day Marine in booth #2307.
