SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK
Our third-party service provider network (SPN) consists of more than 130 dedicated service providers across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Each service provider facility has a Master Certified Technician on call who’s been trained by our team to service all Oshkosh Defense vehicles.
Field Service Representatives
Trained field service representatives (FSRs) are on call whenever you need us. FSRs are stationed around the globe — including alongside domestic and international military units. Oshkosh Defense FSRs have direct access to engineers and are trained to provide the highest level of maintenance, diagnostics, technical assistance, and hands-on training to your team.
WARRANTY
In addition to on-site support, we also offer ongoing warranty support through One Warranty, an enterprise-wide warranty system. This system is used to manage all warranty transactions for Oshkosh Defense products for quick and efficient resolution and replacement parts.
