Field Service Support

Oshkosh’s extensive field service support includes Field Service Representatives (FSRs), technical support teams, a third-party Service Provider Network and a warranty program to help maintain peak operational readiness.

Field Service Representatives

Oshkosh trained FSRs are stationed around the globe, including embedded with military units in support of domestic and international operations, and have direct access to Oshkosh engineering. These factory-trained experts move with military personnel from key military posts to some of the world’s most dangerous battlefields.
Oshkosh FSRs deliver the highest level of maintenance, diagnostics, technical assistance, and hands-on training, ensuring both vehicles and personnel are at peak operational readiness.

Service Provider Network (SPN)

Oshkosh’s third-party SPN currently consists of more than 130 dedicated Service Providers, spread across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, supporting Oshkosh Defense customers around the globe. Each Service Provider facility has a Master Certified Technician who’s been trained by Oshkosh to service all Oshkosh Defense vehicles.

Warranty Program

Oshkosh provides warranty support through One Warranty, an enterprise-wide warranty system. This system is used to manage all warranty transactions for Oshkosh Defense products.
