Tim Bleck is the senior vice president of Oshkosh Corporation and the President of Oshkosh Defense. He was appointed president in November 2022. Bleck is responsible for leading all aspects of the Company’s global defense segment, including all vehicle programs, manufacturing and operations, new product development, vehicle life cycle sustainment and aftermarket services.

Prior to his promotion, Bleck served as the vice president of finance for Oshkosh Defense for seven years. He was also the controller of finance for Oshkosh Defense between 2010 and 2015 and controller of McNeilus Companies from 2006 to 2010.

Before joining Oshkosh, Bleck held roles of increasing responsibility with Schreiber Foods and Deloitte. Bleck received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1997 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2014.
