Don McCartney serves as the vice president of digital technologies for the Oshkosh Transport segment. He is responsible for delivering digital and operational technologies that support business value and operational excellence.

McCartney has been with Oshkosh Corporation for more than 30 years and has held multiple leadership roles across the enterprise. Most recently, he served as vice president of enterprise operations, where he was responsible for improving digital technologies operations across the company. Previously, McCartney was vice president of operational excellence, leading operational and digital improvement initiatives for the Commercial segment. He has also led digital transformation teams supporting operations and sales within the Access segment.

In addition to his role at Oshkosh, McCartney serves on the Board of New North, an organization focused on economic growth across 18 counties in Northeast Wisconsin. He is also an active member of the Manufacturing Leadership Council.
