Kristin Pick, vice president of human resources for Oshkosh Defense.

Kristin Pick

Vice President, Human Resources

Kristin Pick serves as the vice president of human resources for Oshkosh Defense. Pick leads the overall Oshkosh Defense human resources strategy, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and employee programs.

Pick joined Oshkosh in 2008. Prior to her current role, Pick served as human resources director, senior segment human resources manager, and human resources manager.

During her tenure at Oshkosh, Pick has led improvements to Oshkosh’s manufacturing infrastructure and team member engagement. Pick was a key leader in recognizing team members by establishing Oshkosh’s People First Awards Program. Pick is a true servant leader who lives Oshkosh’s core values and understands the importance of caring for her team members.

Pick holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
