Oshkosh Defense and Armed Forces Foundation Announce Final Rumble With a Cause Sweepstakes Events

OSHKOSH, Wis. — March 25, 2010 — Oshkosh Defense, a division of Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), is continuing its support of the Armed Forces Foundation (AFF) Rumble With a Cause sweepstakes with its final events as the sweepstakes comes to a close on April 15. The sweepstakes has raised more than $120,000 for the AFF to date, with a goal of raising $150,000 in total. Two sweepstakes winners will be chosen with each receiving either a custom-painted, U.S. Army- or Marine Corps-themed Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® motorcycle, donated to the AFF for the sweepstakes by Oshkosh Defense.

Oshkosh will be supporting the sweepstakes next at the Texas National Guard State Conference March 26-28 in Austin, Texas. With the support of Oshkosh, the AFF launched the Rumble With a Cause sweepstakes in October 2009. Donations raised through the sweepstakes will support the AFF and its wide range of assistance to active and retired military members and their families, including counseling, living expenses, funeral arrangements, housing improvements and career counseling.

“The men and women who serve in our armed forces can face a wide range of challenges upon their return home. The assistance the AFF provides goes a long in way in helping them cope with the mental and physical effects of war, as well as the process of transitioning back to civilian life,” said Andy Hove, Oshkosh Corporation executive vice president and president, Defense. “Rumble With a Cause is a very worthy effort that we are pleased to support to help make the AFF’s tremendous services available to military members and their families.”

AFF employees will be on-site at the Texas event to collect donations and sweepstakes entries. Those not able to attend the events may enter online at www.rumblewithacause.org.

NO DONATION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Individuals will receive one entry for each $10 donation made up to a total of $200 or 20 entries. All rules, including instructions for entry without donation and eligibility requirements, are on the sweepstakes Web site.
