Oshkosh Defense JLTV and eJLTV at DVD 2026

Oshkosh Defense Brings Tactical Mobility Solutions and eJLTV UK Debut to DVD 2026

MILLBROOK, UK — Oshkosh Defense, LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation [NYSE: OSK] business, will feature the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), hybrid electric JLTV (eJLTV), Enhanced Heavy Equipment Transporter (EHET), and JLTV Trailer at DVD 2026, September 16–17, at Millbrook Proving Ground. These platforms deliver the mobility, survivability, and operational flexibility today’s armed forces require.

Sponsored by the UK Ministry of Defence, DVD brings together military users, acquisition professionals, and industry leaders to explore technologies shaping the future of land capability. For Oshkosh Defense, DVD provides an opportunity to demonstrate how mature, field-proven platforms can rapidly integrate next-generation technologies, delivering advanced capabilities.

Among the highlights is Oshkosh Defense’s first-ever demonstration of the eJLTV in the United Kingdom. Building on the combat-proven JLTV platform already fielded with U.S. and allied forces, the eJLTV integrates hybrid electric technology to provide silent drive, silent watch, and significant exportable power. This capability is available as a new production vehicle or as an upgrade kit for existing JLTV fleets, allowing forces to move farther, operate more quietly, and sustain critical operations in contested environments.

The eJLTV’s hybrid electric system enables forces to power sensors, communications, command-and-control systems, counter-UAS capabilities, and other mission systems directly from the vehicle. By combining established mobility with advanced energy capabilities, the eJLTV can transport and sustain critical battlefield effects wherever the mission requires.

Attendees will see both the JLTV and eJLTV in dynamic demonstrations across challenging terrain, showing their off-road mobility, performance, and versatility. Also on display will be the EHET, demonstrating Oshkosh Defense’s heavy tactical transport capability for moving armored vehicles and other critical military assets. The EHET is a modifiable solution that increases payload capacity on the existing Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) fleet, providing enhanced transport capability without requiring an entirely new platform. The JLTV Trailer, built to support the JLTV platform, will also be displayed.

“We believe the quickest way to deliver new capability is to build on what’s already proven,” said Pat Williams, Chief Programs Officer, Oshkosh Defense. “The eJLTV builds on the demonstrated foundation of the JLTV while adding hybrid electric technology that enables forces to power mission systems directly from the vehicle. The system can be integrated into existing JLTV fleets or built into new production vehicles, making it a fast, practical, and low-risk way to expand operational capability without requiring customers to adopt an entirely new platform.”

Visitors are invited to experience Oshkosh Defense’s live vehicle demonstrations and meet with company experts to learn how proven platforms evolve to deliver advanced capabilities at commercial speed for the UK, allied nations, and coalition partners.
