OSHKOSH DEFENSE EXHIBITS DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES AT MODERN DAY MARINE 2023

Washington, D.C. (June 27, 2023) — Oshkosh Defense LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) company, is exhibiting at Modern Day Marine in Washington, D.C. from June 27-30, 2023. On display is the highly versatile Oshkosh Defense Special Purpose All-Terrain Vehicle (S-ATV) and the autonomous, flexible Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV).

Special Purpose All-Terrain Vehicle (S-ATV): The Oshkosh S-ATV was developed as concept vehicle to demonstrate the transportability, speed, and durability necessary to face emerging and evolving threats. Lighter than a JLTV, with like-mobility, the S-ATV is optimized to carry greater payload in unconventional reconnaissance missions, enabling the Warfighter to deploy with stealth and agility in the most severe terrain.

Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV): An evolution of unmanned systems and built with the future in mind, the Oshkosh Defense RCV is payload agnostic with a modular open system approach to support seamless software and hardware integrations and advance configurations. In May, Oshkosh announced its proposal submission for Phase 1 of the Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) competition.

“The S-ATV and RCV are prime examples of Oshkosh’s ability to rapidly develop and test concept vehicles and systems that accelerate the capabilities necessary to meet the pacing threat,” said Pat Williams, chief programs officer at Oshkosh Defense “We value our partnership with the Marine Corps and remain committed to providing innovation and disruptive technologies in support of Force Design 2030.”

Oshkosh Defense leadership will be available to discuss the company’s entire portfolio of vehicles, mobility systems, and leading-edge technologies. Visit Oshkosh Defense at Modern Day Marine 2023 in booth #1437.
