OSHKOSH, Wis., (June 27, 2016) – Oshkosh Defense, LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) company, announces key leadership promotions for three of its business units responsible for serving the global defense tactical wheeled vehicle market. The three business units – International, Joint Programs and Army and Marine Corps Programs, will drive Oshkosh Defense’s efforts to achieve near-term business goals, and position the organization for future growth.

George Mansfield has been promoted to vice president and general manager of International Programs for Oshkosh Defense. In this role, Mansfield will lead the business unit serving military and security organizations around the world. Mansfield has been instrumental in managing a wide range of domestic and international defense programs including MTVR, FMTV, FHTV, LVSR and the Wheeled Tanker program for the United Kingdom. Most recently, Mansfield led the Company’s strategy to expand the M-ATV Family of Vehicles to serve international markets.
Dave Diersen has been promoted to vice president and general manager of Joint Programs. In this role, Diersen will lead the business unit serving U.S. joint program customers, including the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program. Prior to his promotion, Diersen managed critical programs including JLTV and the Marine Corps’ MTVR. Diersen brings more than 22 years of Marine Corps and Navy service to his role at Oshkosh.
Pat Williams has been promoted to vice president and general manager of Army and Marine Corps Programs. In this role, Williams will lead the business unit serving U.S. Army and Marine Corps customers. He previously served as the senior director for a portfolio of multiple U.S. Army and Marine Corps programs including M-ATV, EBFL, P-19R, LVSR, MTVR and Integrated Logistics Support.
Mike Ivy will continue in his role of vice president of Global Integrated Product Support, where he leads life cycle sustainment support of all Oshkosh Defense products and aftermarket services, including product training, technical manuals, provisioning, spare parts, kits, field service operations, warranty and related technical services.
